This in-person position requires expertise in both investment and administrative processes. It focuses on fostering robust client relationships, handling client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Take charge of scheduling portfolio reviews, coordinating marketing activities, and administering essential client documentation to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Book meetings and prepare introductory packages
• Coordinate marketing activities for advisory team
• Schedule client portfolio reviews and meetings




• Manage client inquiries and account maintenance
• Execute client trades and provide stock information
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required
• Advanced knowledge of investment and administrative processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compliance knowledge and licensing requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
