The role involves managing and developing sales opportunities within assigned regions, building and maintaining robust client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing product training to partners.
The Territory Sales Manager will also focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Must be fluent in French.Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including meeting sales targets and driving revenue growthAbility to conduct Training sessions to educate partners on products and servicesStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesProficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools is a plusWillingness to travel as required within the assigned territoryPrevious experience in the flooring industry or a related field is an asset
