Senior Project Coordinator - Enterprise Risk & Compliance Project (40200)

Location: 4 King Street W, 9th Floor – hybrid (onsite 3x/week).

Contract Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension).

Schedule Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hrs/week (possible OT).

Story Behind the Need

The Global Risk Management Business Delivery Office is a centralized project management office supporting various Risk Management teams across the bank. The Senior PCO will support or lead projects across business lines and technologies using various project management methodologies and tools.

Typical Day in Role

- Support management on scheduling, invoicing, and forecasting financials for all assigned projects.
- Manage and review accruals and actuals, ensuring they are entered in the appropriate tools prior to the monthly cycles.
- Support the forecast process within bank’s targets and drive to meet KPIs.
- Create and manage project delivery artifacts for various management reviews and meetings.




- Provide timely and accurate updates to the project manager and leadership teams as applicable.
- Help drive best practices to increase efficiencies, drive innovation, and create value for the business.

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills

- 5+ years of experience managing project finances (budget tracking, resource allocation).
- 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings (capturing minutes/action items) and completing project artifacts.
- 3+ years of experience with project management tools CAPPM and MS Project.
- Strong proficiency in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

- Previous experience in eGRC.
- Risk‑management experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree.

Ideal Candidate

Robust financial budget experience within risk management.

Interview Process

Two rounds: 1st – HM + PM – 1 hr, in-person preferred at 4 King St, W; 2nd – HM + Director – 30 mins, MS Teams video.
