Enhance employee growth as a Corporate L&D; Facilitator. This role offers a hybrid work model where you'll deliver impactful workshops and collaborate closely with business leaders and HR.
In this temporary role, you will play a vital part in delivering learning and performance workshops for employees and leaders. Your expertise in facilitation, combined with your team-oriented approach, will ensure the effectiveness of learning sessions. Engage with instructional designers and learning consultants to create an enriching experience for participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person workshops
• Support enterprise onboarding program implementation
• Update session content based on feedback
• Monitor effectiveness through evaluations
• Consult with HR on business needs assessment
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in corporate facilitation
• Confidence in presenting to senior audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple sessions
• Post-secondary degree in related field
