MAD Social Agency is a fast-scaling Canadian social media and digital marketing agency working with brands across multiple industries. We specialize in strategy-led content, short-form video, and social systems that actually drive results.
This summer internship is designed for someone who wants real experience inside an agency, not busy work. You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day execution of client accounts and supported by senior Social Media Managers who own strategy and client relationships.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to continue with MAD beyond the summer.
What You’ll Do
- Support Social Media Managers with content planning and social calendars
- Schedule and publish posts across social platforms
- Assist with shot lists, planners, and internal content documents
- Create basic graphics and assist with light content edits
- Coordinate with editors and internal team members
- Support community engagement and comment monitoring
- Help manage multiple client accounts in an organized, deadline-driven environment
You’ll focus on execution and learning,
while senior team members handle client communication and high-level strategy.

Requirements
- Based in Canada and legally eligible to work
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content

Compensation & Timeline
- $18/hour
- Prospect to continue with MAD after the internship based on performance
