Client Advisor - Mississauga (Bilingual: English and Arabic/Spanish/Cantonese/Mandarin/Russian)

As the first point of contact at RBC retail banking locations, the Client Advisor assists members who walk into our branches, providing banking services, resolving concerns, and uncovering opportunities to provide additional client‑centric advice and solutions.

What will you do?

- Maintain an engaging on‑floor presence in our retail locations, proactively greeting and engaging each client upon entry.
- Actively listen to uncover the reason for each visit, take ownership of client needs, and resolve concerns at first point of contact.
- Assist clients to fulfill daily banking needs, both personal and business, using RBC’s systems and best‑in‑class digital platforms while respecting client preferences.
- Engage in discovery conversations to understand client needs and provide suitable advice, solutions, and services.
- Contribute to a team culture by identifying opportunities to introduce RBC Partners for more complex client needs.
- Champion digital enablement by educating clients to self‑serve and providing advice while leading with digital solutions wherever possible.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.

Must‑have

- A passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and empathetic communication skills.




- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops).
- Personal flexibility to work flexible hours.
- A self‑motivated eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.

- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Experience in the financial or service industry.
