This full-time role reports to the Director of Sales for Canada and Central USA, emphasizing account management and sales pipeline control. Successful candidates will articulate Connexall's capabilities clearly, ensuring customer challenges are effectively communicated. You will engage directly with healthcare executives, fostering trust and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve 100% of assigned sales quota annually
• Build relationships with healthcare executives at all levels
• Prospect current and existing accounts for opportunities
• Conduct sales calls, demos, and presentations
• Collaborate with Customer Success Group on value propositions
Requirements:
• University Degree in Business or Marketing required
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• 2+ years in Healthcare IT or Clinical Solutions sales
• Experience selling to Hospitals and Health Systems
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and trends
