As a key member of the transplant team, you'll deliver comprehensive clinical care, actively rounding on patients and engaging in their recovery journeys. This position offers the chance to contribute hands-on during surgeries and assist in patient transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing patient evaluations
• Manage inpatient rounding and post-operative care plans
• Assist in surgical procedures and bedside interventions
• Provide night and weekend call coverage
• Document all patient encounters with precision
Requirements:
• Must hold a Master's degree in relevant field
• 1–2 years of surgical or transplant experience desired
• Current PA-C or NP licensure mandatory
• Strong independent clinical judgment
• Effective communication and collaborative skills
