Enhance workplace culture as an HR Generalist. Own recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with policies and laws while fostering a positive environment.
This position supports core HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle with a strong focus on compliance and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee inquiries, maintaining the HRIS, and supporting employee relations matters. With a proactive approach, you contribute to a positive workplace culture and drive effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and accuracy




• Assist in Performance Management Process completion
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events
Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience required
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• Previous experience with HRIS platforms is an asset
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capacities
