Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Flipp, you will collaborate with senior-level retail, CPG, and agency partners to build and execute winning business plans that combine Flipp’s leading technology with shopper data to achieve revenue, technology, and partnership growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute detailed business plans that deliver revenue and technology initiatives for partner accounts.
- Serve as the primary business owner and key point of contact for manager and director level contacts.
- Lead retailer projects end‑to‑end—including planning, sell‑in, execution, communication, and reporting—across a range of initiatives such as Media Plans, Incremental Testing, Vendor Programs, Content Consulting, new‑technology launches, and retailer events.
- Act as a strategic consultant: align, sell, and execute plans that drive joint value for the retailer, Flipp, and the shopper.
- Create credible business cases, presentations, and communications that help Flipp and retailers win.
- Partner with Partner Insights & Analytics to provide custom insights and actionable data that build compelling stories and drive retailer objectives forward.
- Identify problems across multiple functions, diagnose root causes, rally resources,
and communicate solutions to partners in a way that strengthens the partnership.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in CPG, Digital Media, or Technology.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of working effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data to drive insights and action.
- Exceptional communication skills that allow you to influence thinking internally and externally.
Benefits & Compensation
Variable compensation eligible under Flipp’s sales incentive plan. Canada base hiring range: $89,000—$110,000 CAD.
