Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily logistics operations, including scheduling shipments, coordinating with transport partners, overseeing inventory levels, and ensuring optimal supply chain performance.
This role also involves maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Solid Analytical and Supply Chain Management skills to monitor logistics efficiency and optimize processes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in Inventory Management to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient stock control.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools; familiarity with transportation regulations is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing is preferred.
