YOU are a strategic, people-focused leader driving a proactive, integrated approach to industry and member growth and engagement. In your role, you lead Field Services and Marketing, aligning outreach, promotion, and service delivery to support development and expansion. You focus on strengthening relationships with dairy producers and industry partners while ensuring Holstein Canada’s programs are effectively promoted to enhance participation, retention, and long-term success. A confident communicator and collaborative leader, you use data and insights to guide decisions and thrive in a energetic, relationship-driven workplace.

In this role, YOU WILL:

- Lead and manage the Field Services and Marketing teams, providing transparent direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure coordinated outreach and service delivery
- Travel regularly, including travel to other provinces to visit prospective clients, manage key accounts, and support team members in the field; when not traveling, you are required to be based at the Brantford office
- Develop and execute proactive strategies to strengthen relationships with dairy producers, including re‑engaging herds with reduced participation in Holstein Canada programs while building and maintaining strategic relationships with large commercial and emerging dairy operations, industry partners, and sale brokers
- Drive adoption of key services, including classification, registration, genomic testing, and emerging programs, while aligning outreach, messaging,



and engagement activities across Field Services and Marketing to ensure consistent and professional communication
- Use participation data and industry insights to identify engagement gaps and recommend actions to improve retention and service uptake
- Ensure new dairy operations entering the industry are aware of and understand Holstein Canada’s programs and value
- Represent Holstein Canada at industry meetings and events, supporting strong relationships and organizational visibility

YOU OFFER:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5-7 years) in engagement, partnerships, marketing, or field service environments
- Proven people‑management and relationship‑building skills
- Experience in agriculture, dairy, or member‑based organizations is an asset
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving change
- Strong strategic account management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to align outreach, marketing, and service delivery efforts toward shared goals
- Data‑informed, strategic thinker with strong communication skills (bilingual English / French is an asset)
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, the dairy or agricultural industry

Annual salary: $105,000 - $125,000

The individual compensation paid within this range is determined based on several factors, including total years of experience, relevant industry experience, qualifications (education/skills), and professional designations.
