We are seeking a Construction Inspector with over three years of experience in municipal infrastructure projects. This temporary role plays a crucial part in ensuring quality and compliance during significant local upgrades in Newfoundland and Labrador. You will inspect major projects, advising on non-compliance and ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site inspections for municipal construction
• Review and interpret contract documents and drawings
• Monitor and coordinate quality control programs




• Keep detailed field diaries and records
• Liaise with engineers, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Construction Inspector in municipal projects
• Strong interpersonal skills for building in office relationships
• Valid driver’s license and clean Driver’s Abstract
• Knowledge of municipal construction specifications preferred
