In this full-time role, your expertise will guide continuous monitoring and trend analysis of plant operations. You'll collaborate closely with peers and onsite teams to optimize production efficiency while adhering to safety standards. Engage in effective communication with all stakeholders while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and fine-tune plant equipment operations
• Ensure product quality by collaborating with onsite teams
• Analyze data to drive process improvements
• Record and share operational information during shifts




• Coordinate with departments to meet production goals
Requirements:
• Education in engineering or technical certification preferred
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing or processing environments
• Robust technical knowledge of equipment and automation
• Experience with electrical systems is advantageous
• Fluency in French and English essential
