With 5 years of HR experience and 4 years in HRIS, your interpersonal skills will foster collaboration across functional teams. Become an integral part of improving HR processes and system workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain SAP SuccessFactors security and reporting
• Audit data for accuracy and system reliability
• Partner with IT to resolve system issues
• Develop insightful dashboards and reports
• Create end-user training materials for HRIS processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business Management, or similar
• 5+ years HR experience; 4+ in HRIS
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors required
• Advanced Excel skills a must
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
