Lead complex workplace investigations as a Manager, ensuring compliance and integrity in HR processes. Oversee a dedicated team while applying labour relations expertise and addressing high-risk issues.
In this permanent, full-time role, you'll champion workplace conduct investigations. Strong leadership skills will be essential as you guide investigators, strengthen reports, and ensure objectivity and timeliness. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to enhance policy and processes, contributing to lasting improvements within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of workplace investigators
• Provide expert oversight for investigation reports
• Apply labour relations knowledge to investigations




• Develop coaching and training resources
• Review and triage complaints for investigations
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field required
• 4 years of HR/Labour Relations experience
• Robust leadership experience in professional environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven judgement in managing sensitive issues
