You will work closely with store management and district leaders to implement loss prevention strategies and support team development. Your role includes conducting evaluations, onboarding agents, and addressing theft effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead store-specific Loss Prevention initiatives
• Analyze reports to detect internal theft
• Mentor and train recent team members
• Participate in shoplifting prevention campaigns
• Conduct evaluations and meetings as necessary
Requirements:
• Two years of retail Loss Prevention experience
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to travel within the district
• Must handle an 8-hour shift
