The position is responsible for the receipt, coordination, and processing of all requests in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), as well as the administration and coordination of Vulnerable Sector Checks and broad record checks. The position also leads the administration of the organization’s records management program, ensuring the proper collection, classification, retention, retrieval, and disposal of records.

This role provides front counter customer service and supports the management of operational records systems, including officer notebooks, CCTV, and in-car camera systems, ensuring compliance with legislative, evidentiary, and organizational requirements, while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
