Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support across various environments. This includes hands-on tech support, equipment setup, and maintaining best practices for site mobilization and demobilization, ensuring all tech components are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support IT operations for corporate and branch locations
• Execute equipment setups and manage CMDB entries
• Create and manage site-specific cabling and layout plans
• Maintain the lifecycle of IT equipment




• Collaborate on job site projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Experience with technology platforms like Lenovo and Apple
• Robust skills in Windows 11 and Office applications
• Knowledge of Incident and Problem Management
• Ability to communicate technical matters clearly
