Job Title

We’re searching for an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance based in London, ON .

Compensation

$57,600 to $72,000 per year (based on a 37.5‑hour work week). Salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions and internal equity.

Position Summary

The Account Manager is a trusted advisor who owns and supports client relationships and provides effective insurance solutions for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

- Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service.
- Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads.
- Support producers with day‑to‑day activities.
- Work closely with industry partners to deliver best insurance solutions for clients.
- Manage policy renewals, changes and cancellations.
- Uphold a client‑first focus through the claims process.

Qualifications

- Sincere and personable with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build authentic relationships.




- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Bonus: 3‑5 years of commercial insurance experience with an RIBO license.
