This position involves full-cycle recruitment with a focus on building a strong candidate pipeline for sales positions. You will collaborate with Sales Managers to identify headcount needs and expectations while conducting phone screenings to assess candidate fit. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding and maintaining communication with new hires prior to their start date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source candidates for various sales tiers
• Conduct high-volume screenings and preliminary interviews
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to set candidate expectations
• Coordinate new hire documentation and onboarding
• Generate weekly recruitment status reports for leadership
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English required
• Minimum 1 year in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Robust job description writing skills
• Excellent project management abilities
