Drive efficient cargo movement as an International Logistics and Pricing Specialist. Ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness in managing export documentation and pricing activities while building client relationships.
In this role, you will coordinate logistics for international shipments and manage all necessary documentation. With more than three years of experience, you will work closely with clients to address their needs, schedule shipments, and prepare accurate quotations. Your contributions will support timely delivery while mitigating potential risks associated with import/export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand shipment requirements
• Prepare and validate shipment quotations with carriers
• Enter shipment data into customs software platforms
• Identify risks and mitigate compliance issues
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation submission
Requirements:
• 3+ years in logistics or transportation industry
• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant field
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
