Become a pivotal Client Service Operations Consultant. Assist in stockroom organization and deliver outstanding service to clients throughout store operating hours.
In this part-time role, you will support both clients and team members, ensuring a seamless operational environment. You'll help train new cashiers and maintain essential store cleanliness while adhering to merchandising standards. Furthermore, your communication will be critical in addressing any inventory concerns with supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional service to store clients
• Assist with training on cash register systems
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the store
• Manage stockroom according to company policies
• Communicate inventory issues to store management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in retail or client service
• Good computer and organizational capabilities
• High School graduate or equivalent is necessary
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift and manage physical stock
Support operational excellence while enhancing customer satisfaction in a vibrant retail atmosphere.
