As a part of the multidisciplinary team, you'll be pivotal in ensuring every patient receives exceptional care. Your tasks include greeting new patients, following up on their cases, and supporting healthcare providers to deliver the best possible outcomes. A robust commitment to mental health and a desire to optimize care processes align perfectly with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist new patients and support them in their journey
• Follow up on active cases while aiding healthcare professionals
• Provide thorough case analysis to determine solutions
• Uphold patient safety in all interactions
Requirements:
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Strong passion for mental health and improving care processes
• Able to work a minimum of 21 hours on evenings and weekends
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or mental health field
• Customer service or healthcare experience preferred
