Minimum Qualifications

- Master’s degree in social work from a program that is accredited by Council on Social Work Education.
- Minimum two (2) years post‑graduated employment experience.
- One (1) year of employment in a direct practice social work setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Academic experience in Bachelor or Master of Social Work Education.
- Clinical supervision experience with MSW students and graduates.
- Emphasis on social work practice in teaching and professional work.
- Solid knowledge, skills and experience in working with diverse students and client/patient populations.
- Experience with hybrid and online pedagogy.
- Experience with social work field education, placements, curriculum, and seminars.
- Ability to work as a team with administrators, fellow faculty, staff, and students.
- Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
- Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
