Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client engagement teams for UKG Pro projects
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively

• Provide on-the-job training and feedback to team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• 5-7 years of consulting experience necessary
• 4-7 years implementing UKG Pro in complex sectors
• Certification in UKG Timekeeping or related
• Strong project management skills required
