We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a rapid-growing, AI-driven technology team building innovative solutions used by millions of residents across North America. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on cutting-edge products, collaborating closely with a high-energy team, and solving real-world problems through modern software and AI.

You’ll play a key role in developing scalable applications, building APIs, and contributing to AI-powered features that are transforming how communities interact with property management services.

What You’ll Do

- Design, build, and maintain high-quality software applications
- Develop user-facing interfaces and backend APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Contribute to AI-driven product capabilities and enhancements
- Participate in code reviews and help improve development processes
- Stay current with emerging technologies in software engineering and AI





What You Bring

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in Agile environments (including leading ceremonies/planning)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity/Expertise with AI/ML concepts

Nice to Have:

- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Experience supporting production systems (24/7 environments)
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs
