Driven Island Agencies is seeking an knowledgeable and service-driven Personal Lines Account Executive who is excited to join our growing team and deliver outstanding service to our clients. You’ll play a key role in driving informed decision‑making, fostering collaboration, and maintaining accurate, well‑organized data, all within a culture that values professional growth and continuous learning.

Job Type

In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent

Pay Range

Starting from $60,000 annually

What You Will Do

- Advise clients on personal lines & auto coverage and options
- Sell, service, and renew an established book of business
- Support clients through the claims process
- Build and maintain vendor and industry relationships
- Maintain accurate client records in our broker management system

What You Bring

- Level 1 insurance license in positive standing; Level 2 or 3 is a plus
- Three or more years in Auto and Personal Lines insurance
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a customer‑first mindset
- Strong ethics, confidentiality, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and earn industry designations
