Shape the future of customer service as a Technical Field Service Technician. Provide in office and in-office support with a focus on technical expertise, instrument calibration, and customer communication.
This role will enable you to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives in delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing instruments, engaging with clients, and ensuring they are informed throughout the process. The position also involves training customers and participating in proactive outreach for new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair instruments at customer locations
• Train customers on product usage and maintenance
• Collaborate with project and services teams
• Maintain records and submit service paperwork accurately
• Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Diploma in Instrumentation or related technical field
• 3-5 years of field service experience required
• Knowledge of SAP and project management tools
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time
• Bilingual (English and French) is advantageous
