In this full-time role, you'll join a collaborative retail team focused on client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities include developing personal relationships with clients and guiding them through the selection and design process. The role requires the ability to stay motivated while exceeding performance metrics and providing detailed design presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in realizing their dream spaces
• Create individualized design solutions using various tools
• Maintain performance standards in sales
• Schedule and conduct various types of consultations
• Ensure order tracking from design to delivery
Requirements:
• Experience in retail selling, preferably commission-based
• Knowledge of POS and retail systems
• Creative design skills, education in design an advantage
• Strong communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to organize and motivate independently
