In this essential role, you’ll leverage your experience to drive transparency and accountability in program execution. Responsibilities include managing impediments and ensuring release readiness through extensive collaboration with Product Teams, Architecture, and Business Customers. Your leadership will guide the teams towards effective delivery and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of program-level initiatives across Agile teams
• Coordinate timelines and dependencies for multiple projects
• Proactively identify and address impediments to success
• Ensure program health through effective reporting
• Collaborate to enable integrated testing and delivery pipelines
Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant program/project management experience
• 5+ years in RTE or Agile Program Management
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and Lean practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Experience with compliance in regulated industries is desirable
