Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage customer quotes and orders

Requirements:
• 4+ years in Sales Operations or Order Management
• Experience handling complex orders and customer issues
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
• Robust Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
