Enhance client relations as a dedicated Client Experience Specialist. Focus on retention and revenue growth, working remotely while supporting client engagement and resolution efforts effectively.
This role is focused on managing and retaining clients across various services, primarily in the Care portfolio. Reporting to the Retention Manager, you will understand client needs and proactively address concerns while coordinating with internal teams. Your insights will drive enhancements in customer experience and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on client retention and revenue across your portfolio
• Build solid relationships to understand client needs
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively




• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Gather client feedback for product improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Minimum 2+ years in client or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Deliver exceptional client service by understanding needs, driving retention, and enhancing client relationships effectively.
