• Document problems and solutions in the ITSM platform
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Configuration Services or End User Support
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, and imaging technologies
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
