Post‑Implementation Reviews (PIR) & Value Realization

- Support the completion of rigorous Post‑Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for strategic initiatives being monitored by the BOD to drive accountability and learning to foster continuous improvement:
- Lead/support interviews with project managers/Directors/VPs across the end‑to‑end lifecycle (i.e., business case, build, post‑launch) to identify areas of strength and improvement.
