In this role, you will support leadership by developing an integrated HR technology ecosystem. Your deep understanding of systems thinking and HR technology architecture will enable you to refine a multi-year strategy and operational framework. Engage with various stakeholders to translate organizational priorities into actionable technology strategies and decision-making frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze current People technology landscape and workflows
• Drive system analysis and capability mapping processes
• Partner in developing multi-year HR technology roadmap
• Define frameworks for buy,
build, or extend decisions
• Produce executive-ready ecosystem maps and strategic documents
Requirements:
• 10+ years in business systems analysis or HR technology
• Experience with HRIS platforms including Workday
• Proven ability to create executive-level artifacts
• Solid stakeholder communication and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
