Join as Senior Legal Counsel and be a pivotal legal advisor. Drive compliance and provide strategic legal insights to support corporate governance and commercial operations in a multinational context.
In this role, you will facilitate compliance with Canadian laws while advising on a variety of contractual and regulatory matters. Your responsibilities will include managing negotiations, overseeing corporate governance, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams to develop effective solutions. Additionally, you will adapt global policies to local legal frameworks and provide training on compliance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Offer strategic legal insights on corporate and commercial issues




• Direct complex commercial negotiations
• Manage corporate governance activities and documentation
• Draft and negotiate a variety of legal agreements
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Quebec Bar membership
• 5–7 years in corporate or commercial law
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Ability to convert legal jargon into practical solutions
• Proven multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
