Overview

We are seeking a client-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across Canada. This role focuses on account growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
- Prepare account reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
- Resolve client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
