This remote position is focused on optimizing service management processes and implementing various ServiceNow functionalities. You will lead discovery workshops, work closely with solution architects, and ensure that functional designs effectively meet business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and redesign current-state ITSM/CSM processes
• Create structured functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Work with technical teams for accurate implementation
• Contribute to training materials and documentation
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in ITSM or service operations
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations
• Deep ITIL knowledge is required
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement
• Robust writing and presentation capabilities
