This role is foundational and impactful, requiring strong leadership in our Frontend Foundations team. You'll manage the migration strategy from legacy patterns to modern practices while collaborating closely with various product teams. Your influence will extend beyond your domain, ensuring synergy in technical decisions and guiding best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural changes in Module Federation and observability
• Define and execute the legacy system deprecation path
• Foster collaboration across value stream teams
• Empower React Native development alongside web platforms
• Manage a strategic technical roadmap for the team
Requirements:
• Extensive experience as a frontend or platform engineer
• Expertise in React Native within production environments
• Demonstrated success in system modernization
• Architectural leadership through documentation and influence
• Familiarity with observability tools for data-driven decisions
