Reporting directly to the Underwriting Team Lead, you will be responsible for evaluating various mortgage loan applications with 2-3 years of experience in a financial setting. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards throughout the approval process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and respond to mortgage loan applications
• Conduct thorough reviews of loan documentation
• Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines
• Analyze and escalate suspicious documentation issues
• Support brokers with insights on risk-related applications
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of mortgage underwriting experience
• Relevant post-secondary education in finance
• Proficiency in MS Office and similar applications
