You will serve as an indispensable link between customers and advanced software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to client sites for effective support, approx. 50%
• Manage configuration settings for Payroll and HR
• Develop and write payroll functional specifications
• Conduct training sessions on software components
• Communicate business processes efficiently and clearly
Requirements:
• College/university degree in relevant field
• Preferred experience with Payroll Certification
• Background in HR/Payroll and ERP implementations
• Familiarity with Construction or Professional Services sectors
• Strong leadership and analytical skills required
