Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamilton, ON, for a Sales Manager at We Must. In this position, you will lead the sales team and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals.



Key responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth. Collaboration with marketing and production teams to align efforts is also a crucial part of the role.

Qualifications

- Sales and account management skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Solid communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience with engaging clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing relationships
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive and implement sales strategies
- Familiarity with the printing or custom apparel industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools. we use ODOO ERP/CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-driven environment
