Become the driving force behind financial operations as a Plant Controller. Oversee accounting practices, ensure compliance, and deliver insightful financial reporting within a manufacturing workplace.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the accounting operations at a key manufacturing facility, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller. Key responsibilities include implementing internal controls, producing monthly financial reports, and preparing annual budgets. Your expertise will also contribute to capital investment analysis and enhancing pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement local internal control systems
• Oversee monthly financial report production
• Produce annual budgets and rolling forecasts




• Provide financial analysis for key decisions
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of receivables
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory
• Minimum 10 years of related accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
