REPORTS TO : Vice President of Human Resource

sLOCATION : Annacis Island, Vancouver (Lower Mainland, BC) - Hybrid (4 days in office

We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead labour relations and people and culture initiatives across a unionized workforce of approximately 150 employees. You will be a trusted advisor to operations leadership, balancing strategic guidance with hands‑on execution across employee relations, collective bargaining, and day‑to‑day HR support. You will support payroll software, as well as learning and development software roll outs. This is a highly visible role where your ability to navigate complexity, build relationships, and drive practical solutions will have a direct impact on the business.

You should have the following in your background to be successful:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on labour relat
- ionsYou have experience working with multiple unions and managing collective agre
- entsYou have handled grievances, investigations, and disciplinary proce
- ssesYou have experience partnering with operations leaders in an industrial, logistics, or similar environ
- mentYou have a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related discip
- lineYou have a strong understanding of labour relations, collective agreements, and grievance proce
- ssesYou are confident supporting or leading negotiations and working through complex employee relations mat
- tersYou have solid knowledge of BC employment standards and applicable legisla
- tionYou are comfortable working with HR systems and the Microsoft Office S
- uiteExperience leading or supporting collective bargaining negotiat
