In a dynamic and stimulating environment, the Operations Supervisor works closely with team members by providing assistance, support, and guidance. The Operations Supervisor ensures transparent and effective communication, contributing to team cohesion and the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations by planning and adjusting priorities according to volumes and deadlines.
- Coordinate teams, effectively allocate tasks, and optimize schedule planning to ensure productive use of the workforce.
- Ensure strict compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements.
- Clearly communicate priorities and operational changes to engage the team and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to employee training and development while actively supporting operations and ensuring the proper functioning of the automated system.

Profile





- Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of adaptability.
- Demonstrates openness and enthusiasm.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to quickly learn new technological tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English – an asset.
