This full-time role entails leading electrical work for residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for overall communication with clients, coordinating site teams, and managing budgets and schedules. Your contributions will help the team maintain a steady workflow and uphold project quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ongoing electrical projects through to completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field crews
• Monitor and manage budget and labor expectations
• Track and prepare necessary change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety practices and standards
Requirements:
• Must have a Red Seal Electrician certification
• Minimum of 5 years managing electrical projects
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel across Vancouver Island
• Familiarity working at heights on construction sites
