Become an integral member of a agile urology team, focusing on complex kidney stones and HoLEP procedures. This role emphasizes acute care ESWL access at a leading outpatient and surgery center.
We are seeking a dedicated physician to champion our acute care stone program. With a backdrop of increasing patient volumes and hospital expansion, you will ensure high-quality urological care within a collaborative environment. This position will also engage with the University of British Columbia medical education program and involves applying for a clinical faculty appointment in Urology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the acute care stone program
• Provide expertise in complex kidney stone treatments
• Collaborate with existing urology team members
• Contribute to UBC medical education initiatives
• Engage with elective OR resources as necessary
Requirements:
• CMPA eligibility is required
• CPSBC eligibility required
• FRCSC eligibility expected
• Experience or interest in minimally invasive procedures
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
