Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Lead to support large-scale Oracle Cloud Payroll transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who brings a solid blend of functional advisory expertise, client-facing consulting experience, and Oracle Cloud implementation knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading workstreams, client workshops, solution design, configuration, and delivery, while also collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and drive transformation through Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Help clients understand and adopt leading business processes to support Oracle-driven transformation initiatives

Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic options, and recommend solutions that align with business needs

Lead, coach, and support project teams while contributing to successful delivery

Conduct design and configuration workshops with clients and stakeholders





Provide clients with solution design options and prototypes

Configure, document, test, and support Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Build trusted relationships with clients, project teams, and leadership

Stay current on Oracle Cloud features, enhancements, and industry trends

Support business development, solutioning, and sales efforts where needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll experience

Proven experience in a functional advisory / consulting role

Minimum 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations

Strong experience with:

Business process design

Configuration workshops

GAP analysis

RICEW identification

Functional design

Test planning and execution

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
