In this full time position, you will act as a key liaison among interest holders, technical teams, and leadership. Your role requires overseeing Capital Project Supervisors and applying structured methodologies tailored to project needs. Fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and resolving issues swiftly is critical for maintaining timelines and achieving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project governance and delivery frameworks
• Oversee Capital Project Supervisors for concurrent projects
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams




• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resources
• Evaluate delivery performance and implement best practices
Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 7 years in managing civil building projects
• Advanced knowledge of construction practices
• Registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence
